Covid-19 has upended the lives of many young people all over Africa as schools, where learning & preparation for the world of work take place, are shut down. This digital Masterclass will focus on brainstorming & proffering solutions to how youths can prepare for the future of work. The panel will feature four distinguished professionals who will talk about what they think the future of work will look like, and how you can be prepared for it.

Dara Latinwo
Dara Latinwo is a One Young World (OYW) Ambassador who attended her first OYW summit in Bogotá, Colombia during 2017. More generally, as a Manager within the Human Capital Consulting practice at Deloitte, she designs and accelerates the digital transformation journeys of her clients, as well as equipping them to navigate the challenges presented by the Future of Work. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), having qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA).She is passionate about rethinking and redesigning the paradigm within which businesses and governments operate, such that sustainability - economic, environmental and societal - sits at the heart of solutions and strategies proposed for the future.
Fatima Al Ansar
Fatima Al Ansar is the current youngest Malian diplomat, Social Entrepreneur and Analyst. She is currently serving as head of mission at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Mali at the Center for Strategic Studies. She was recently appointed as Chief Delegate and Global Ambassador to promote United Nations SDGs for the UN Master Plan program. She is the founder of Tilwalte Girls Peace Network, which seeks to create a network of young women and girl’s peace ambassadors in Africa through intensive training in peacebuilding, leadership, mediation, negotiations entrepreneurship and community-based activities.
Yeyemide Fabamwo
Yeyemide Fabamwo is an HR professional with over 8 years’ experience in various aspects of the HR value chain. She is currently the HR Business Manager and Wellbeing Lead in the Africa HR Community. Yeyemide’s purpose is to find simple ways to serve the underserved, and she has combined both her purpose and passion and made steps to ethically enable mental health awareness through technology. She has successfully brought to life the awareness of wellbeing in Unilever Ghana/Nigeria using technology for Line Managers and Employees to help demystify early signs of stress on taking care of their team’s wellbeing through launching initiatives such as the Employee Assistance Programme and a Wellbeing app called “Click well".
Feyçal Saidou
Feyçal Saidou is the co-founder and CEO of City Links, a delivery start-up. He has successfully raised funds two times and leads a team of 12 employees towards a common goal. For the last 3 years he has been working as a business developer in the incubator CIPMEN and Ilab in Niamey, supporting project holders and young entrepreneurs. He is a member of the AUSC club, a pan-Africanist association that works to create a better Africa that its children deserve through free training for young people and various volunteer activities.
